Considering countries with data from 2018 or more recent, Gambia has the longest average weekly working hours per employee at over 50 hours, followed by Bhutan, Lesotho, Qatar, and India.
On the flip side, Vanuatu has the lowest average weekly working hours at close to 25 hours, followed by Kiribati, Rwanda, Austria, and Ethiopia also under 30 hours per week.
